At Roots to Wings, our Farmers are first looked at as potential candidates and must apply to be in the program. They are then screened and we make sure their goals are something we can help them fulfill.
Once accepted into the program, Farmers will have a different number of responsibilities from running the cash register in the store, to making goods to sell, as well as incorporating skills that help them move toward specific personal goals.
Different business professionals and community volunteers that are experts in the Farmers desired goal area will volunteer their time to Roots to Wings.
